The Sweden Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing and meeting on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Sweden Town Meeting House at 147 Bridgton Rd., Sweden, Maine to consider proposed updates to the following two documents for the Town of Sweden:
- Zoning and Land Use Ordinance
- Subdivision Regulations
The documents are posted for the public on the town website (see linked documents below). You may also obtain a copy of the documents by visiting the Sweden Town Office. Note that the office has limited hours, currently open Tuesdays 9 am – 4 pm; Thursdays 11 am – 6 pm; and Saturdays (first four each month) 9 am – noon.
The public is welcome to attend the public hearing. If you would like to send written comments ahead of the hearing, please mail them to Planning Board Chair, Town of Sweden, 147 Bridgton Rd., Sweden, ME 04040 or send them via email to the Planning Board Secretary at pbsecretary@swedenmaine.org.
