The meeting will take place Saturday, November 2nd, 2024 at 9:00am at the Sweden Town Meeting House. The purpose of this meeting is to:
- Approve the additional amount required to pay the road plowing/salting contract for the 2024-2025 season (a new 3 year contract was recently negotiated)
- Revise the summer roads budget warrant item so any funds not spent at the end of the season can be applied to the next year’s road budget.
- Approve purchase of municipal asset management software to track data, maintenance records, and costs related to roads, cemeteries, and all town assets.
- Transfer $188,000 from the unassigned fund balance back into the State Aid Road Capital Account.
