The Sweden Planning Board will hold a site walk and Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 5:30 pm to consider a Conditional Use Permit application for a 24′ X 4′ dock with a 12′ X 8′ swim platform made by Stearns Pond Sounds, LLC, Map U07, Lot 2, 50 Encore Coda Lane, Sweden, ME 04040.
The Board will commence with a site walk at 5:30 pm. Immediately following the site walk at approximately 6:30 pm, the Planning Board will reconvene at the Town Office at 147 Bridgton Road for the Public Hearing followed by their regular monthly meeting. The public is welcome to attend the site walk and/or public hearing.
