There will be a Special Selectmen’s Meeting on Monday, September 4, 2023 at 5 pm at the Town Office to hold an executive session, pursuant to 1 M.R.S. section 405(6)(E), to confer with the Town Attorney, regarding the Board’s legal rights and duties with respect to tax-foreclosed properties generally, including those previously owned by Buker, Trustees, Howard and Joan and the Sweden Realty Trust relating to property located at 5 Footbridge Lane (Map U08, Lot 12-0) and on Lovell Road (Map R04-10¬B). After exiting executive session there may be a discussion and action on tax-foreclosed properties, including those previously owned by Buker, Trustees, Howard and Joan and the Sweden Realty Trust relating to property located at 5 Footbridge Lane (Map U08, Lot 12¬0) and on Lovell Road (Map R04-10-B).
