Following are the plans for Summer Roadwork as of 4/23/25.
ROAD SWEEPING: To be done April 24-April 29
ROAD GRADING: All roadwork listed is expected to be complete by the end of May
- Black Mountain Road: Grading
- Haskell Hill Road: Grading
- Lee Gray Road: Grading and gravel added
- Perry Hill Road: Grading
- Sam Ingalls Road: Grading and gravel added
- Wint Road: Grading
CULVERT CLEANING: Culverts will be inspected on Town owned roads starting the week of April 28. The clean out work will be contracted out after the scope of work is determined.
TRULL BROOK AND MARR ROADS: Repairs to the damaged sections of these roads will be conducted this summer, using FEMA disaster relief funds. Expect closures on the portions being repaired.
WEBBER POND ROAD: A project has been put out to bid to topcoat and preserve the portion of road reconstructed 2 years ago, with an option to repave the length of the road. A bid opening is scheduled for April 30, 2025 at 10:00am in the Town Office.
STATE ROADS: The State of Maine will be putting topcoat on the full length of the following roads this summer: Knights Hills Road, Lovell Road (93), Waterford Road, Bridgton Road (93).
