The Sweden Planning Board will hold a Site Walk and Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 5, 2023 to consider a Conditional Use Permit application made by the Town of Sweden to construct a municipal fire station in a Residential Zone at Map R5, Lot 43-A.
The Board will commence with a Site Walk at 4:00 PM at the site at 147 Bridgton Road in Sweden, Maine. The Board will reconvene at the Town Meeting House at 147 Bridgton Road (across the road from the site walk) at 6:00 PM for the Public Hearing followed by a meeting of the Planning Board.
