Due to the expected winter storm and with your safety in mind, the Sweden Select Board feels it would be inadvisable to go forward with the Annual Town Meeting scheduled for Saturday, March 23rd at 9:00am.  Because the Annual Town Meeting must legally proceed at the time and place specified on the warrant, the Select Board will meet tomorrow morning at 9:00am to very convene briefly, and then immediately adjourn due to weather. There is no need to attend that meeting. The rescheduled date for the Annual Town Meeting date will be Saturday, March 30th at 10am at the Town Meeting House. Thank you, and please stay safe.
